This Shipping Policy outlines how Mona's Touch processes and delivers orders within Egypt. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all governorates within Egypt through our trusted shipping partner.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location:
- Cairo & Giza | الق: 80 EGP
- Alexandria, Delta & Canal | الإسدية والدلتا والقناة: 90 EGP
The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Alexandria, Delta & Canal: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions or public holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your shipment until it arrives.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate at checkout. Mona's Touch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees may apply if you wish to receive the order again.
